Even before the design starts, it's a great idea to create a plan to align business goals, user needs, and technological capabilities. This can help prioritize time and resources throughout the design process, and gives clear metrics of success.

🌌 User journey

I create personas to represent key user groups, highlighting their goals and pain points. Then, I map out user journeys to visualize how they interact with the product, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement.

🗺️ Design exploration

I explore a range of possible solutions through benchmarking, ideation, and wireframing. By analyzing industry standards and trends, I generate and refine design concepts that align with user needs and business goals, ensuring the best approach is selected.

💎 Refinement

I continuously monitor the product post-launch to identify opportunities for improvement. By tracking user feedback and performance
